Swupi is committed to making this website usable for everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice control, magnification, or other assistive technology.

What standard does Swupi follow?

We design and test this site against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). Our goal is for every page, including our service guides and request forms, to meet that standard.

What have we done to make the site accessible?

• Real text, not images of text, so content can be read aloud, resized, and translated.
• Text alternatives for meaningful images.
• Labels on every form field, with error messages that explain what went wrong and how to fix it.
• Full keyboard access, including our multi-step request forms, with a visible focus indicator.
• Color contrast that meets WCAG 2.2 AA levels, and information that is not shown by color alone.
• Clear structure with headings, landmarks, and descriptive link text.
• Pages that work when zoomed and on small screens.
• Automated accessibility checks as part of our release process.

We do not use accessibility overlay widgets. Accessibility is built into the pages themselves.

Are there known limitations?

Some content comes from third parties, such as embedded maps, call tracking, or partner pages you may visit after leaving our site. We do not control those pages. If a third-party element blocks you, let us know and we will help you get the information another way.

How do you report a barrier?

If any part of this site is hard to use with your assistive technology, please tell us. Use our contact page and put "Accessibility" in your message. Include:

• The page address (URL)
• What you were trying to do
• The problem you ran into
• The browser and assistive technology you use, if you know them

We will work to fix the problem, and we can provide the information you need another way in the meantime. You can also reach a local company by calling the phone number shown on any service page instead of using the online form.

Is this statement kept up to date?
