How Swupi Works

Swupi is a referral service for home projects. You tell us what you need, and we connect you with independent local companies that handle that kind of work in your area. We do not do the work ourselves, and we do not employ the people who do it.

How does Swupi connect you with a pro?

There are two ways to reach a company through Swupi.

1. Call the number on the page. Your call is routed to an independent company that serves your area for that type of work.
2. Send a request online. Answer a few questions about your project and your home, then share your contact details. Depending on the service and your area, your request goes to one or more local companies, or to a partner platform that lists local pros for that service.

Each service page explains what the work involves, signs you need it, and what to ask before you hire. You can start from the list of all services.

What happens after you call or submit a request?

• If you call: you speak directly with the company you are connected to. They ask about the job and, if it fits, set up a visit or give you a quote.
• If you send a request: the company or companies that receive it may contact you by phone, text, or email, as described in the consent you gave on the form. They use your details to discuss your project and arrange a quote.
• Scope, timing, and terms are between you and the company. Swupi does not set terms, schedule visits, or perform, supervise, or warrant any work.
• You are never required to hire anyone. Compare quotes, ask questions, and choose the company that suits you, or none at all.

Before you hire, check the company's license with your state licensing board, ask for proof of insurance, and get the quote and scope in writing. Each service page has a short checklist.

How does Swupi make money?

Swupi is paid by the companies we connect you with, not by you. Local companies and partner platforms pay Swupi for phone calls and service requests that reach them. A paid connection is not a recommendation or endorsement of any company.

Because companies pay for these connections, the company you reach depends on who serves your area, who is available when you call, and who takes that type of request. We do not rank companies by quality, and we do not inspect their work.

What choices do you have about your information?

• Consent is your choice. Before you submit a request, the form explains who may contact you and how. Agreeing to be contacted is not a condition of buying anything.
• See who may contact you. Our partner list shows the companies and platforms that may receive requests.
• Opt out any time. You can ask any company that contacts you to stop, and you can use the opt-out instructions in any text message.
• Your privacy rights. Read our privacy policy to learn what we collect and how it is shared. To opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, use our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page.

Are calls recorded?

Calls may be recorded and connected to a service provider. Recordings are used for quality, training, and to confirm how calls were handled. If you do not want to be recorded, you can end the call and send a request online instead.
